Chilean cooking is all about simple ingredients, family recipes, and getting people together around the table. That's exactly what we want to share with you.
Join us in Valparaíso for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to prepare the dishes Chileans actually eat at home. We'll cook together, talk about the food, and share some of the traditions behind our cuisine.
We also offer private cooking classes in Santiago for groups of four or more people.

Traditional Chilean Cooking Class
Spend the morning with us preparing some of the dishes Chileans have been cooking at home for generations.
We'll work with local ingredients, prepare traditional recipes from scratch, and share a few cooking tips along the way. Once everything is ready, we'll sit down together and enjoy the food we've made.

Chilean Asado Experience
An asado is one of the most traditional ways Chileans get together. It's about good food, a hot grill, and spending time around the table.
Join us for an evening of traditional Chilean barbecue, where we'll prepare the food, get the fire going, and cook together. You'll learn a few grilling techniques, get involved in preparing the meal, and sit down to enjoy everything we've made.
